Databases (DB) are an important tool for information management, updating website content, keeping sight on contacts and projects, and sharing information with remote users.

The modules listed below can help you select a database system and plan a structure that fits the needs of YOUR organization. Of course, we can create any database; however those listed below are the most widely used ones.

Any database module includes its own online manager, where you have total and instant control.
You can change, add, edit, disable and delete any item without any experience and/or knowledge about Internet or databases; it is just a matter of copying and pasting, and nothing else.
The cost of database applications is a one-time cost. It does not matter whether you have 1 or 100,000 products, students, photos, etc. You can keep your website in shape in a comfortable and easy way without intervention from others.

Our Modules  

Offers or News Module

This is a module that allows you to display a list of news or offers on any website’s home page. It is possible to magnify any of the items from the generated list into a pop-up window, where one can magnify the news item or offer and incorporate an image.

This application has the following features:
  • Any number of news items or offers can be uploaded.
  • Instant updates (on-line).
  • A news item can be labeled as passive.
  • The news design will be performed based on the site.
  • Easy to use on-line manager is provided, along with a user manual.
E-Messages Module

With the incorporation of this module into your website, you will be able to send e-messages through your customers’ e-mails, advising them of the novelties or offers that your company features.

There are two models:
  1. Registration through Administrator (Basic): This model performs new customer registration through the administrator.
  2. Automatic registration (Professional): With this model, new customers are automatically registered from the page. The site administrator is in charge of approving the registration and assigning a customer group.
This application has the following features:

1. Basic Model
  • Any number of messages and customers’ e-mails can be uploaded.
  • E-mails are organized by categories.
  • Automatic registration is validated with prior activation
  • Instant updates (on-line).
  • E-mails to which messages are not to be forwarded can be labeled as passive.
  • Up to two message designs, based on the site or other needs, will be produced.
  • E-mail deletion or REMOVAL is automatic.
  • Easy to use on-line manager provided along with a user manual.
2. Professional Model
  • Includes all the same features as the basic model.
  • Automatic registration, new customers are automatically registered from the page. The site administrator is in charge of approving the registration and assigning a customer group.

Products Module

This module allows you to include information on a company’s products in the website in a dynamic manner. This module can be incorporated into any website, including ones that have already been designed.

There are three models with the following features:

Basic Model
  • Any number of products can be uploaded.
  • Products are organized by categories.
  • Up to 3 images per product can be included.
  • Images are uploaded from the management application.
  • Instant updates (on-line).
  • Products that are not to be displayed temporarily can be marked as passive.
  • Easy to use on-line manager provided along with a user manual.
Intermediate Model
  • Includes all the same features as the basic model
  • Up to 6 images per product can be included.
  • Products are organized by categories and subcategories.
Professional Model
  • Includes all the same features as the intermediate model
  • A gallery of unlimited photos per product can be included.
  • Products are organized by categories, subcategories, and sub subcategories.

Shopping Cart Module

This module is intended to provide a website the ability to put together a purchase order with several items or products, similar to the way a shopping cart works at a supermarket. The basic idea is to allow the customer to pick a set of products to buy and, at the end of the visit, proceed to pay for the full purchase.

This application has the following features:
  • All the products on a page can be activated; using our products module is preferable.
  • Purchases can be done with prior user validation or login.
  • Instant updates (on-line).
  • Two methods of payment will be made available, such as credit card payment, Paypal, etc. Only processes that do not entail payment for such services will be made available.
  • All transactions will be recorded on a database and e-mails will be sent to both the buyer and the company.
